There are no direct fees or costs to you for using InjuryRx services. Payment for services is handled through a lien agreement with your personal injury attorney, meaning payment is contingent upon the successful resolution of your case.

5. Medical Information and Privacy
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your medical history and current health status during your Virtual Care consultation[cite: 40]. InjuryRx will maintain the confidentiality of your protected health information (PHI) in accordance with applicable federal and state privacy laws, including HIPAA.

6. Disclaimer of Liability
InjuryRx and its physicians do not guarantee the outcomes of treatment or medication. InjuryRx’s services are designed to provide immediate medical assessment and treatment recommendations following an accident. While our physicians offer professional medical expertise, their consultations focus on the specific injuries and symptoms related to your recent accident. For ongoing or unrelated medical concerns, please consult with your primary care physician or other healthcare providers.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InjuryRx and its physicians shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use InjuryRx services.
