1.  Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Injury Rx’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

 2. Description of Services
Injury Rx provides telemedicine consultations with licensed physicians and facilitates the delivery of non-narcotic medications to individuals involved in accidents. These services are intended to supplement, not replace, the care provided by your primary care physician or other healthcare providers.

3. Eligibility
Injury Rx services are available to individuals who have been involved in accidents and are eligible for coverage.

4. Fees and Payment
There are no direct fees or costs to you for using Injury Rx services. Payment for services is handled through a lien agreement with your personal injury attorney, meaning payment is contingent upon the successful resolution of your case.

5. Medical Information and Privacy
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your medical history and current health status during your telemedicine consultation. Injury Rx will maintain the confidentiality of your protected health information (PHI) in accordance with applicable federal and state privacy laws, including HIPAA.

6. Disclaimer of Liability
Injury Rx and its physicians do not guarantee the outcomes of treatment or medication. Injury Rx’s services are designed to provide immediate medical assessment and treatment recommendations following an accident. While our physicians offer professional medical expertise, their consultations focus on the specific injuries and symptoms related to your recent accident. For ongoing or unrelated medical concerns, please consult with your primary care physician or other healthcare providers.

 7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Injury Rx and its physicians shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use Injury Rx services.

8. Termination of Services
Injury Rx reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to its services at any time, with or without cause or notice.

9. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
Injury Rx may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We encourage you to review these terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
